My New School

Today was my very first day at my new preschool Foothill Elementry. It is so close to my house that I walk (or ride) there with no problems. The only issue today was the scorching hot weather, but that didn't stop me.

This is me and my teacher Miss Tina. We actually went to visit her earlier in the week.

I really like the circle time area.
I can't wait to shout out all the answers.

Yes!  My very own (I mean, not for adults) kitchen area. I have a microwave, a prep area and a sink to wash my hands.

My cubby is all ready and waiting for me.

Are we excited yet?

Gooooood morning! Daddy woke me up bright and early to get me ready for school before 7:45. Thank goodness it only takes 10 minutes to walk to school.

Enjoy the ride...

Did you hear the bell ring?
After some coaxing, I finally got out of the wagon.

I know where my backpack goes!

And after a long and fun day, it was time to go home. I had a lot of fun on my first day but was eager to get home because Mommy promised me some pink milk...that's strawberry milk to the lay person.

Like my cool backpack? It's from my friend Hailey. I'm so into it. I'd rather pull my backpack in the heat than ride in a covered stroller!

Come on Lita! I want me some pink milk!

I'm Back from Vacation!

Hey there gang! Sorry for the lack of posts, it's been pretty darn busy here and Mommy's camera finally died. But you probably figured that from all the bad pictures from the last post. So much has happened and not a darn picture to show. Anywhoo, Daddy went crazy trying to figure out how to use the new camera so bear with me...

 It's not me, it's Daddy...I promise.

Here's my new ride thanks to my friend Sally. So if you need a ride, you know where to reach me.

This is a bittersweet week. It's my birthday week and I get to celebrate all week long!
It's also my last week at my school. Excited to see my awesome teachers but so sad not knowing when I'll see them again.

And this is what Mommy and Daddy do to kill time while I'm working hard at school. Mommy said Simple Simon's in Riverside has the best sourdough ever.

Then we got to spend the day at one of my favorite places, San Diego Zoo Safari (Wild Animal Park).

Fun, fun, fun.

Everyone was so excited!!! Can't you see it in their faces? NOT!

Snack time!

Now we're having fun!

It sure was hot! Mr Rhino knew hot to cool off.

Whoa Nelly!

Siesta time! He looks so comfy!

Oh-oh. Did I wake you Mr Lion?

 The elephants were huge!!

It's been so hot these days, I get to hang out in my birthday suit, on my birthday!!

Then, last day with sweet Miss Rochelle.

It's fiesta time!! Grab a margarita and meet me in the pool!

I got to see a lot of people I miss like Aunty Nancy and Uncle John.

Just me and Mommy.

Haha, I found the bowl of chips. I hope Mommy doesn't see me under the table!

Did I mention it was 101 degrees? Not as bad as 105 like my 1st birthday...remember that?
Thank goodness for the misting fans.

 Me and my pal Pilar.

Then it was time.

Everyone sang a great Birthday song to me. In fact, I liked it so much I made them sing it twice!

 Say cheese (cake).

And then after a good night's rest, I got to open all my presents!

Beautiful art by Pilar and Aunty Jenn.

 Games! Awesome!

Whoa!!!! A helicopter!

Oooooh! An Elmo toy!

 Look Mommy!!! What is it?

Jackpot! I got my very own laptop!!!

And lots of cool clothes.

This is how I'm feeling right about now:

 Number 19! Score!

I love this calendar!! It's perfect!

And the grand finale from cousin Sarah.

So excited for all my new toys and loads of clothes.
Me and Elmo celebrate with a big bowl of strawberries.

 Help Mommy! I'm stuck!

 Check out my new train.

A quick session on my laptop.

Notice anything different?

 It's the hair...

Oh, don't mind the oreo lips...

See you soon!
