I celebrated my 4th birthday this weekend. Yay! I did all my favorite things...
Had a great spaghetti dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Fullerton. I just love slurping noodles. Before and after dinner, we got to hang out next door at the train station. I got to see a bunch of trains, both commuter and cargo ones. Just call me a foamer, or railbuff, if you will.
Then early on Saturday morning, we took a long drive to El Segundo where I got a quick haircut at my favorite spot, Snip-Its. I can't say enough about them, they are the best I tell you! They opened up shop early just for me!
Then the celebration started.
We drove to the other side of LAX to In-N-Out, where all the aviation enthusiasts congregate. We were right under the flight path of inbound planes on runway 24R. It's a fabulous spot.
Then we drove to the LA Farmers Market, which you know by now, is my favorite spot. I got to ride the trolley twice (again) and as if the clouds parted and someone was looking down on me, there stood not one, but TWO huge hook-and-ladder fire trucks from the south central division.
The Captain and all the firefighters were so nice, letting me check out the inside. It was so huge with many buttons just aking to be pressed but it was all too overwhelming so I asked to get out. Unfortunately, we didn't have the camera--only Daddy's phone.
All in all, it was one of the best days EVER.
On Sunday, we chilled at home. Grandpa and Tia came over for lunch, fabulous toys in tow.
Check out my new bike Daddy got me. It's so fast, I fell over a few times while taking turns too fast.
Check out the gun show while you're at it...
