First Storm Watch of 2010

Evidently, the meteorologists weren't exaggerating this time about this past week of storms.

Storms = no outdoor playtime = boredom

I've started practicing my pointe.

I've also been trying to do my share of the household chores. This includes wiping the windows.

I did a great job and got to play with a new toy.

Cleaning is a daily thing.
And don't forget to mop the carpet too!
Finally a break! This is my makeshift jungle gym.

I've gotten pretty good with the climbing thing. My landing is far from perfect but you'll know when I'm "Done".

It's finally clearing up! Hooray!!!

New Year, New Friends, New Habits

Hope your New Year has started off on the right foot. Mine started off with a bang. I made many new friends. Wanna meet some of them?

Love their beautiful manes and long eyelashes. And did you notice their horns are covered with fur? Quite spactacular, aren't they?
And last but not least, our klingy koala friends. Mom says they remind her of me--how I like to cling onto her all day long.

I had the most fantastic time at the San Diego Zoo.

So now, I wanted to share some of my new habits, or my 1 new habit. Can you guess?

I love milk...it does a body good.

Merry New Year!!!

Hope everyone had a fun and safe New Year. We celebrated here in my casa, but I've been battling a cold this week and had a wierd outbrake of hives, so Mom didn't mind me turning in a little early tonight.

Anyway, here is a recap of Christmas '09.

Our family celebrates on Christmas Eve and this year, we had a wonderful dinner at Tia Chelo's house. Unfortunately, Mom didn't take any pictures until we got home.

I got these cool (or warm) house slippers from Tia Chelo.

Then on Christmas day, I got to open my presents from Santa. But I was so cozy watching my fav Ni Hao Kai Lan on tv.

Dad helped me open my presents. I got a bunch of books. I love books.

Here is me and Mom. She says don't mind her undone face and hair.

Here is my new ride from Tia Bita (which Mom also got for me).

Oh and did I mention I love pressing buttons?

Oops. There's something wrong here.

Oh and now I have a new favorite spot.

Mmmm. I LOVE real watermelon juice. But be careful because if you drink too fast, you can get a brain freeze.
