August Adventures

Take a close look at my 'do. It's getting pretty long...
Mommy and Daddy decided it had to go. Plus, I was sweating a lot so I was pretty excited myself.
I was such a good boy. Mommy tells a different story. I just didn't like that lady's scissors grazing the back of my neck. The sound of the razor didn't give me much comfort either.
Yes, that is a tear in my eye. And I felt much better once I got in Mommy's arm. But everyone said I was such a handsome boy.
Look at me! Mommy calls me Travis, for travieso, which means troublemaker in Spanish.
Me and my ride with my new haircut.
Last week, I spent the day at the park for Pilar's 1st birthday. I got there early so I got to spend some quality time with my girl.
She's got a beautiful smile and she's been walking for quite some time now.
She is a bit smaller than me.
And Mom caught her checking out my bum. I guess it's not hard to miss.

Dad even took a day off to spend some much needed family time. We went to Long Beach Aquarium.
Can you see the jellyfish behind me?
There goes a seal.
Ooooh! Spider crabs! We were all spooked, even Dad!
And our favorite...SHARKS!!!! Yeah!!!
And the manta rays were pretty cool too!
Mommy loved the colorful fishes.
And the leafy seadragon...wierd!
We had fun with the lorikeets. They just come up to you if you have food to offer. I got pretty close to the sting rays.
And you can't tell here but there are about 30 sharks right under me.
I was splishing and splashing but they were sleeping.

Then, we went to the OC fair!
Can you see the cow hiding behind me?
Whoa Nelly!
The chicks were so cute and irresistably soft.
Look at the size of that pig!

What an exciting summer! And did I mention my birthday is coming up??? I can't wait! Mommy's been planning up a storm so I know it will be fun!
